I am pleased to announce that our President, Helen Quat, has completed her Competent Leader project. She is now officially a Competent Leader. This is a well deserved recognition for Helen who is also completing her 1 year term as the President of Metro Toastmasters.

I am sure you will agree with me that Helen has steered Metro Toastmasters Cub to a new height and passing the baton to our incoming President Mohd Shukur and Exco on strong footing.

Our club is in good shape, our members are committed and for the second consecutive year our club will be achieving the prestigious Distinguished Toastmasters Club award. I have strong confidence in our incoming President Mohd Shukur that he will take us to even a greater height!

Well done Helen and congratulations for your achievement, and all the best to Shukur!
